I cut out the white sugar and used brown sugar. I also cut back the amount of sugar. It worked fine for me and my daughter. To change it up my daughter added a chocolate kiss in the middle of each cookie. We made several batches of each cook. With and without the chocolate. I love peanut butter cookies. Yummy recipe.
